Catholic Ming Yuen Secondary School students won First, Second, and Third Place in the 74th Hong Kong Schools Speech Festival in 2022-23 in S5 Girls Non-Open Solo-Prose Reading Competition. Also, 29 participants (S3-S5 students) took part either in the Solo-Verse or Solo Prose Reading competition. They were awarded 6 Certificates of Proficiency and 20 Certificates of Merits.
